After months of living in my car, having somewhere that feels like home and covers our needs has been a relief. I’ve been here more than a month, and the staff have stayed friendly and helpful throughout. Carla on evenings is wonderful, and Lavona (I think that’s how her name is spelled) has been professional and quick whenever I’ve needed to extend my stay. They’re both great with customer service. The room is comfortable, with a full kitchenette, dishes, silverware, a pot and a pan, plus a sofa bed. The front desk has things you might have forgotten, from shampoo and soap to a razor, shaving cream, toothpaste and a toothbrush. They also provide toilet paper and garbage bags while you’re staying. One big plus for longer stays: after a month, you pay no room taxes. It makes the cost much lower. I’d recommend this place if you need an extended stay.

I needed a hotel after something difficult happened in my life, and the staff were really kind. They checked in on me to make sure I was okay. Kayla was amazing and very professional, and the maintenance man was great too. He cares about people, not just the hotel.

The people here made a tough time easier for my family. Greg went out of his way to connect with my five-year-old, who decided they were best friends within minutes of arriving. Carla and Lovona have also been patient, caring, and quick with a smile, always trying to make things easier for us. Our space is clean and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around. More than anything, we’re grateful for the warmth we’ve been shown since we walked in. Guests are treated like people here, not just reservations, and that has meant a lot to us.

The place is convenient, but after a long day of travel the check-in turned into a frustrating mess. The credit card machine was down, and the clerk said their system had changed. I waited half an hour, then asked her to try the card manually, but that failed too. I offered to come back in the morning, yet even though they had my number, she wouldn’t let me have the room. She finally agreed, then called me at 9 pm and told me to come downstairs with my card. I’d already said they had my number and shouldn’t have made me do that. They really need to improve how this facility is maintained. I can’t recommend it.

The room was beat up, the remote didn’t work, and the halls smelled bad. We also heard people next door yelling at 1:00 AM. The garbage bins were overflowing with full dog poop bags, and the area seemed high-crime, so I didn’t feel good about leaving my car in the lot. This place is a dump. Anyone giving it five stars must not have stayed in a decent hotel. Never again.
