Hotel Indigo Everett - Waterfront Place by IHG

The front desk team is top notch, and housekeeping is wonderful. The staff are what make this place so great, so I hope they’re kept around. The hotel feels fairly new, and the rooms are very nice and clean.

My family treated me to a wonderful Mother’s Day brunch. The dining room looked beautiful, the staff were friendly and courteous, and the food was excellent. I’d go back.

Mario, our restaurant server, was the highlight of our weekend. He was attentive without hovering and kept us laughing, so we ended up having dinner and drinks there both nights. The front desk staff were lovely, and our roomy, beautiful rooms had a great view of the pier and water. The holiday lights were lovely too. Hotel Indigo feels like a gem we’d never known about, despite years of trips to Seattle. It’s far enough from the bustle to feel like a getaway. We don’t travel to the States as often these days, but we’ll be back. Thanks so much, Hotel Indigo!

My cousin had to change a planned two night visit in late June to late April so she could see a relative who was dying. The family had been dealing with illness and then a death, but the hotel wouldn’t let them move the booking using their $1,000 deposit, so they lost it. I understand having policies, but I feel there should be room for flexibility in a situation involving severe illness and a death in the family. My cousin did make the trip to see her sister-in-law before she died, and stayed at the Inn at Port Gardner nearby. She had an exceptional experience there. The hotel and rooms themselves are nice, but read the fine print carefully and be prepared to lose a substantial amount if an emergency forces you to change plans.
