Cleanliness, amenities, and especially customer service made this hotel a gem for me. Sharon at the front desk went out of her way to be friendly and accommodate my stay, and Tyrone did too. Thanks for a great visit!

Miss Charlotte’s breakfast cooking was so good, it’s the best breakfast I’ve had at any Fairfield. Everything was clean, and the service was courteous.

The room was comfortable and laid out well, and both the staff and room were clean and courteous. Breakfast buffet was very good too. It’s close to the Georgia Renaissance Festival.

Our Atlanta flight was canceled, so we had to find a place to stay and paid over $200 here. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was old urine on the toilet seat, a handprint on the mirror, and the toilet itself barely worked. The front desk staff apologized, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

I really appreciated Sharon’s hospitality. She helped me receive an order on my first night and print something the next night. :)
