Alisa at the front desk made a great impression on us. Check-in was quick, and she put us in beautiful, well-kept, up-to-date rooms. They were immaculate, and felt like a home away from home, with a house-sized fridge, a small stovetop, new appliances, pots and pans, utensils, plates, and bowls. She told us the hotel had only been there a year. Whenever I came down the elevator, she was at her post, which made us feel comfortable. At other hotels you sometimes have to wait for a clerk, ring a bell, or find them in the back office. If Alisa stepped away, it was to check that everything was in order. My wife and I watched how attentive she was with every guest who came through the door. We love this hotel. The Hampton Inn and the other hotels don’t stand a chance against it. We are the Hitchings, and we’ll be back for sure.

My room was very clean, and breakfast was good, though basic. I didn’t see a breakfast attendant, but maybe we just missed them. The best part was the overnight staff member who helped us, a sweet young lady with pretty nails and beautiful locs. I think her name was Alicia. Even though it was late, she greeted us with a warm smile and lots of energy. Her customer service was some of the best I’ve had in a while, and I travel a lot. The whole stay was awesome.

I’m here for work, and the stay’s been pretty sweet so far. The staff are cool, especially Ms.Alicia. I mostly see her passing through at night, and she always smiles and tells me to have a good night. She’s so chipper. It’s a small thing, but she doesn’t have to do that, and she does.

Lauren helped me with my reservation and was professional, courteous, and attentive. At first she said there were no rooms available, but promised to call if one opened up. She followed through and called back to secure our reservation. When my godmother and I arrived, Joice greeted us warmly. I had a room issue, and Joice quickly arranged a different room without hesitation, so the stay got off to a good start. I’ve worked in customer service for more than twenty-five years, and I can say Lauren and Joice showed real care, professionalism, and commitment. They’re both excellent at what they do.
