The property looks tacky and needs an update. The holiday decorations were tacky too, and only half done. Customer service was zero, from the front desk and maintenance to the daytime manager, who was the worst. They were rude and unwilling to help. They wouldn’t match an online price, and refused late checkout even though the hotel seemed to be at maybe 60% capacity. Wyndham customer support was no help either. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It shouldn’t be part of the Wyndham collection.

I took my kids swimming and left my daughter's necklace on the counter in Room 310. We checked out, and I called the next day. The man said staff hadn’t cleaned the room yet, that they’d be in by 10 am, and told me to call back. Then suddenly the room had guests. Either the manager is lying or the maids are. I’m making a police report. Don’t spend your hard-earned money here for staff to steal your Christmas gifts.

The hotel badly needs updating. Breakfast was pretty poor, and there was an annoying blinking light by the pool that still hadn’t been fixed during our three-day stay. The showerheads looked like they were from the 1980s. I definitely wouldn’t stay again.

The stairwell smelled horribly of cigarettes, and there were even a few cigarette butts behind the door on the first floor. That’s why I’m giving it four stars. Otherwise, the stay was good and comfortable, and I’d come back. The hotel was pretty clean, the room and bed were comfortable, and Jenifer at the front desk was very nice and polite. Breakfast was very good, and it was my first time seeing Wingate offer turkey sausage. Thank you for that.

A good deal through booking dot com. The place was decent for the area, the parking lot didn’t look alarming, and it was clean. Breakfast and water pressure were good too.
