Residence Inn by Marriott Louisville Old Henry

I came to see the hotel because it’s close to my office and could be useful for training, meetings, or celebrations. Cassie, the Front Desk Manager, gave me a tour last week. Even with two weeks of snow still on the ground from the freezing temperatures, the entryway, gym, pool area, conference room, and restaurant were immaculate. I also picked up Life Water, Aquafina, and a couple of personal care items from the snack area. The conference room is open, well equipped, and nicely lit, with round and rectangular tables that can be set up in different arrangements. I also thought about having a surprise birthday party there. The price was very reasonable, and the room would be available for the whole day. Cassie said they host birthday parties, wedding and baby showers, and all kinds of business meetings. It’s a convenient space for lots of events.

We had a youth hockey team in town for a tournament, and the setup worked perfectly for our group. The staff were so accommodating and encouraged us to enjoy ourselves. Parents took over parts of the lobby and bar, and we had a blast. The hotel was beautifully decorated and well kept, with an awesome breakfast and stellar staff. If we could stay here every time we travel for hockey, we’d be in heaven. Thanks to everyone!

Sarah, the event coordinator, deftly handled all the different people involved in our wedding events. We had a lovely courtyard reception, then breakfast the next morning catered to a conference room. For every event we hosted, including our rooms, the facilities, service, and staff were perfect. Every day, every guest got that can-do attitude. They really went the extra mile.

Cesar was so patient and made arranging our reservations easy and stress-free. Max and Amber were great too, and very helpful. Wonderful customer service from everyone!
