John was incredibly kind and helpful during my stay. He went out of his way to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable, and his service really added to the experience. Everything felt clean, organized, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had what I needed, while the atmosphere felt relaxing and safe. I'd definitely stay again and recommend the hotel.

I love that they welcome pets, which makes the stay more comfortable. The front desk team are all wonderful, friendly, professional, and ready to help. They greet you with a smile and make sure you have what you need. The staff go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Thanks to the whole team, you're doing a fantastic job!

I only stayed the night, and it wasn't a bad stay. The room and bed were clean and comfortable, and having a full refrigerator and freezer was exactly what I needed. I was disappointed because I thought breakfast was included, but it turned out to be wrapped, packaged muffins. The person next door kept going out to smoke and hacking every ten minutes, which got interesting.

This was the first hotel I've stayed in that actually felt like home. I loved having the basics to cook and refrigerate my own food, along with assorted utensils and enough reading light. It was affordable for what it offered, and I enjoyed every moment. I'm glad I found this Extended Stay America, and I'll stay again.

The location was good, and the person at the front desk was very nice and kind. But the room smelled moldy and musty, the chairs were damaged, and the floor had visible marks we had to wipe away. Our rag came up almost black, as if the floors hadn't been cleaned. The light switch didn't work either. You get what you pay for, but I'd spend extra to stay somewhere else.
