Best Western Cordelia Inn

I haven’t stayed at this hotel myself, but we book rooms there every week for our employees working in the area. You don’t always get great customer service when you’re making that many hotel bookings, but they’ve been on top of things every time I call, whether we need a room for a day or a few weeks. Our field staff have never had trouble checking in, and they’ve never complained about the hotel. Payment and credit card authorization are smooth, so the guys can get right into their rooms. Great customer service.

The evening staff member who checked me in was professional, friendly, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the woman there the next morning wasn’t, which is why I’d give the service 3 stars. Still, the rooms are nice and the location works well for our road trips through Central Cali to other states. We’ll be back.

The pool was clean and nice, and breakfast was really good. Our room was clean and nice too, with a smart TV that let us cast from our phones. Service was top notch. I usually stay at Best Westerns, and this may be my favorite one yet. I really enjoyed the stay.

The room was clean and nicely appointed, with a good-sized TV and plenty of plug-ins. The AC worked well, but the fridge had no freezer. Noise was the main issue: traffic was heavy, and some long-term guests seemed very loud. If city noise doesn’t bother you, you’ll be fine. Otherwise, bring earplugs. I’d recommend it with that warning.
