The ground-floor room was a huge improvement. It had a full-size couch and coffee table, and the refrigerator was a decent size and actually worked. The man at the desk was a pleasure to deal with and put us downstairs with my service dog, which made getting her in and out much easier. I’d stayed here about a month earlier on the third floor, and that was absolutely horrible, the worst experience of my life. I only came back because my husband’s job is nearby and his company pays for the stay. This time, though, I was genuinely shocked by how much better the room was.

We had a quiet night, and the room was clean and spacious. Bring your own power source for charging a phone or tablet. The hallways were clean and had just the right amount of light. The elevator was the one thing that bothered me. There were bits of paper and dirt in the corners, and the floor looked sticky even though it wasn’t. It was just dirty. I’d stay here again.

The place looked clean, and the grounds were nice with no trash until you got near the dumpsters. There were about four old beds and other discarded stuff there. Parking was tricky with a truck and small trailer, so I had to take up multiple spaces. I was only visiting a friend and didn’t stay overnight, so I can’t say whether the room or bathroom was comfortable.

The room was awful: it smelled bad, the bed was stained and dirty, the toilet was backed up, and the towels were stained. I was glad I’d brought my own bedding. People were hanging around the lobby all the time, and I wondered if prostitution might be happening there. The morning staff even left to go out to eat. The check-in was just as bad. We couldn’t check in until 6:30 am, so we left and came back to find the employee passed out behind the desk. She also fell asleep while I was getting my bank card out to pay. The employee who first waited on me seemed high and spoke slowly, like she couldn’t function well enough to do her job. There’s always a weed smell, too. I wouldn’t give this place any stars. I wish I could post the photos of the employee asleep in the chair and the room. Please stay away.

The woman at the desk was very nice, but the room was disgusting. The floors and towels were dirty, and the bathtub had at least 100 cigarette burns. I definitely won’t be sleeping on the bed.
