Comfort Inn Fairfield Napa Valley Area

I’m a loyal Choice Hotel customer, but I refused this room and am requesting a full refund. The front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional. I walked in to find nobody there and no sign on the window; he eventually came out of the restroom wearing a hat, without saying hello, welcoming me, apologizing, or even smiling. Then he demanded a $150 deposit by card or $200 cash, even though my room was already paid for. That felt outrageous and shady, and I wasn’t going to hand over my money or card details. Disgusting behavior. I won’t use this location.

We like how quiet the hotel is, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. This is our second visit, and we’ll stay again when we’re nearby. Breakfast includes sausage, eggs, waffles, and more. One evening after the breakfast area had closed, I asked the front desk for a little orange juice. He unlocked the door right away and said I could help myself to yogurt, toast, and other things too. That was thoughtful. Avi was considerate and accommodating again, just as sweet as I remembered her from last year. We’d recommend it if you want comfort on a budget.

I’ve stayed here twice, and the rooms are good. Having a mini fridge and microwave is a plus, and the location is quiet. The service was excellent. Avi at Comfort Inn Cordelia is wonderful and goes beyond what’s expected to help guests. If you need assistance, I recommend asking for her.

The breakfast was great, with plenty to choose from, and I ate as much as I wanted. The rooms are clean and nice. The walls aren’t paper thin, so you don’t hear much from the hallway or neighboring rooms. There wasn’t anything shady happening in the parking lot, either. It was a cool place to stay, and I’ll be back.
