Away at The Bay Bed & Breakfast

The Azalea Suite had wonderful views, and the grounds were so well kept that we felt at ease right away. Dana and Jim were kind and made an amazing breakfast every day. We had a spectacular stay at Jubilee Suites, and Fairhope is an incredible, beautiful town. It was an unexpectedly lovely visit, and we’ll definitely be back.

The room came with a king bed, full kitchen, sitting area, and washer and dryer, which made it very comfortable. We especially loved the gourmet breakfasts, a delightful surprise with recipes from the family. Jim and Dana were perfect hosts, and we had a lovely time at this wonderful place.

The bay view over coffee on the patio was stunning, and the breakfast spread was a real highlight. They made sourdough bread, omelets, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, and more, with great coffee too. When I kept talking about the bread as we were leaving, the owners sent us home with some sourdough starter. I named mine Jubie, short for Jubilee, and I’ve been baking with it at home. The owners were kind throughout and did everything they could to make our mini moon feel special. They even had chocolate covered strawberries and charcuterie in our room. We were so happy we’d discovered Jubilee Suites after finding our wedding venue nearby, and our stay after the wedding was perfect. The quiet back patio was beautiful. We can't thank them enough and will absolutely be back again and again.

We gathered here for a sisters’ reunion, and the comfortable, luxurious accommodations made it a lovely place for a special occasion. Each morning brought plenty of breakfast choices, and Dana and Jim were amazing hosts who made everyone feel welcome. The spot above Mobile Bay also gives you beautiful sunsets. Definitely recommend it.
