I like staying here. It's good value and the location is convenient, and the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. The rooms are clean, though housekeeping didn't come during my two-night stay. I'm not sure if that's the usual policy or if I missed something.

The location made it easy to get to shopping, restaurants, and the highway, and we enjoyed using the gym and pool. Our room was spotless, and the staff were genuinely kind. Breakfast was average, but having it included was convenient. We were pleased with our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Fairlawn and would return.

I was dealing with a stressful time because I had a friend at Cleveland Clinic Akron, just minutes away. Dawn greeted me at check-in and was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely understanding. She kept everything under control and was kind and friendly, which feels rare these days. I was also able to bring my small dog. Thank you for such awesome service. Dawn deserves recognition.
