Comfort Inn & Suites

Breakfast was fine, and we left quickly. The rest of the stay was miserable. This was the worst hotel on our New England road trip, and I wouldn't come back. There was an old, used chapstick beside the bed and lots of little bits of trash on the floor. The bathroom was tiny, making it extremely hard to bathe my two kids in the tub, and my daughter slipped on the wet tile just outside it. The pool water was cloudy and disgusting, and the area smelled terrible. Since it was our last day, the kids had been looking forward to swimming, but I let them stay in for only half an hour. The half-lit gym looked like something from a horror movie. I was so disgusted I just wanted the stay to be over.

Karen and Scott were especially kind, and everyone at Comfort Inn treated us wonderfully during a very difficult time. My in-laws and I stayed there on several occasions while my husband was in the hospital in Fall River. We slept well in the clean, quiet, comfortable hotel, despite the circumstances. Both trips, we needed to extend our stay, and once we had to cancel a night. The staff handled those changes without question or extra fees. My husband was discharged after checkout time both times, and the Comfort Inn team let us keep the room for a few more hours so he could shower before our long drive home. I even tried to buy two pillows on our way out. We’ll definitely stay at Comfort Inn on future visits to the area. Thank you!

The employees were great, and there was plenty of parking. The room was nice, but I was let down by the pool and gym. The indoor pool looked appealing, though it was very small, and the chlorine level felt dangerous to me. I lasted about a minute before I had to get out. The gym was small too, with around four machines, two of them the same. The people were great, but I wasn't as impressed with the hotel.

We had a really enjoyable weekend for our daughter's wedding, and we'd happily book here again. She'd arranged a block of rooms, and Karen at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She even got some out-of-town guests into their rooms early so they could change for the wedding.
