Motel 6 Fallon, NV

We were traveling from southern Utah to Oregon and back over a week, and this was the cheapest room in the area. The remodel looks recent, and the rooms were simple and nice. I slept better here than anywhere else on the whole trip. Who would've thought, Motel 6! I was impressed.

This is easily the best Motel 6 I've stayed at. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly. There's truck parking behind the hotel, plus a nearby vacant lot that many drivers use. A great experience.

The rooms are dated, though clean, and feel a little overpriced for what you get. Fallon is a small town, so I suppose the hotel or motel can charge what they want. Motel 6 Fallon allows pets, and I like that there isn't carpet in the rooms. My dogs are well trained and used to traveling, but any animal can have an accident.

We called for a same-day reservation and asked for a downstairs room because we were traveling with our German Shepherd. Check-in was easy, and the woman was polite and attentive. She gave us the room we requested, offered coffee for the morning, and said to dial 0 if we needed anything. The room was very clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and there was a great choice of TV channels. I check reviews to find somewhere clean, safe, and comfortable, and this was the place for us. I'd say to disregard the negative comments, stop in, and enjoy your stay like we did. You won't be disappointed.
