The beach views were gorgeous, and our room was clean and pleasant, with a record player as a cute extra. Each room has a little balcony or patio, and parking was easy with a space assigned by room number. It was quiet during my off-season visit, though the walls between rooms are a bit thin. If I'd known, I'd probably have paid extra for a corner suite. I could hear my neighbor coughing through the night, luckily nothing more than that.

The rooftop deck had breathtaking views, and we enjoyed the paddle boards, bikes, fire pits, and s'mores at the end of the day. The little Blue food truck was handy, and the coffee was 10/10. The location in Falmouth made it easy to get around, while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. From the start, the staff were warm and went out of their way to help. Our room was spotless, well equipped, and cozy with a luxurious feel. We also appreciated the sea salt caramel chocolate and complimentary welcome drink. A great place to unwind after sightseeing. Highly recommend, and we can't wait to return.

A lovely coastal motel, with a very clean room, comfy beds, and a nice sea view. The only downside was how cold the bathroom was.

The views were incredible, and my husband and I kept saying how much we were enjoying ourselves at Falmouth Tides. We didn't expect much at that price, but it turned out to be lovely. The room had daily service, a Nespresso machine with pods, a king bed, and complimentary sea salt caramels. The staff were very kind too. We can't wait to come back.

We picked Falmouth Tides because we wanted to be near a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, and really liked our stay. The room was fantastic, with a great harbour view, and the beds were comfortable. The woman at reception was very helpful, and we had fun with the record player. Highly recommended.
