We had a remodeled room, which was nice, and weekday breakfast was good. On the weekend, breakfast was awful, with everything gone or nobody bothering to replenish it. People were loud and ran through the halls all night. The pool was okay, but a group of kids were loud and rude there too. Staff refused to step in because one of them was 16. Several families with kids left because the group was unsupervised. After a long day on Saturday, we came back to find the parking lot blocked off with no directions about where to park. Staff need to do better.

Our stay was pleasant. The property and room were clean, neat, and well maintained, and the front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. We had plenty of outlets for the appliances we plug in at night. The only snag was that the room fridge had no freezer, but the clerk was happy to put our cooler ice packs in the hotel freezer.

We had to stay here for a hockey tournament, and it was awful. The window didn't seal, so we tried to sleep with howling wind blowing into the room. I asked about a late checkout when we arrived and was told to request it the night before. When I did, I was told they were all taken. Our flight wasn't until 5, so we asked to leave our luggage there. No room, apparently. The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout. Don't stay here.

This is a budget hotel in a great spot, but it shows its age. I waited many minutes to check in, and phone calls to the front desk went unanswered. The lobby itself was clean, nice, and well organized. My room was spacious, with great mattresses and a small desk that worked for me. For some reason, the tiny microwave was sitting on the desk. The bedding was thin and worn, and the large bathroom had grime in the corners. Breakfast was okay, though there wasn't much to choose from.

We had high hopes after reading the reviews, but didn't even make it an hour into our reservation. The room had a dirty floor and mattress, and the toilet wouldn't flush. Maintenance said they would have to cut the plumbing and didn't know how long it would take. After a day of travel, being able to use the bathroom or take a shower would have been nice. The front desk worker and the "manager" were not accommodating after we went downstairs twice. We asked for a refund, and on our way out they had the nerve to say we hadn't asked for another room. We had. How would we know they were 'full'? At first, they only told us to wait a couple of minutes while it was fixed. Even if we hadn't asked, wouldn't offering another room be the first thing a hospitality worker would do? The dirty floors and mattress were right there when we walked in. Great place to bring a crawling baby! 🤢
