Days Inn by Wyndham Farmer City

I walked into a room that was meant to be non-smoking and was nearly choked by the smell. The towels were dirty, the facilities were awful, and the windows were so filthy you couldn’t see outside. The guy was rude and didn’t speak any English. I’m going to call corporate, and I can show them pictures from my other phone. This place feels like a rip-off. If it’s a Wyndham Hotel, they won’t get my business again, even if that means sleeping in my car. I don’t recommend it.

The room had clearly just been redone, with fresh paint and nice floors. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were enough grab bars in the bathtub. I stayed just one night and didn’t hear any noise from the truck stop. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed and hot shower. For a night in a small town, I’m glad I picked this place. Great people.

Breakfast was supposed to run from 6:30-9:00am, but when I went down at 7 there were only two cereal dispensers and a carton of milk in the mini fridge. No bowls or silverware that I could see. My daughter checked again at 8 and it still wasn’t set up, so I dropped the key card in the basket and left. The motel was nearly empty, yet our room was on the truck stop side. The semis idled with a low rumble all night, and I needed sleep too. The water smelled rusty, the air conditioner smelled like urine, and the body wash bottle in the shower was empty. The desk chair sat strangely low, even after I tried raising it as far as it would go.
