Breakfast was better than I expected, with lots of choices for different diets and different foods each day. The staff were attentive and so friendly. I also liked the little touches, like cookies at check-in, nice light fixtures, and complimentary mouthwash in the bathroom. Everything was perfect for my work trip. I’d definitely stay again.

The room itself was fine, but it wasn’t an enjoyable stay. The toilet kept running every 20 minutes or so, and the people above us ran and jumped around until 2:30 a.m. I called the desk once, and the people next door called several times, but the noise continued. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

A solid stop for a business trip. There weren’t any standout views, and attractions weren’t within a short walk, but the rooms, staff, and breakfast were wonderful, as I’ve come to expect from IHG.

Everything about the place was fantastic, and I’ll absolutely come back. My work had booked the room, so I didn’t have a card for check-in, but the process still went smoothly.

The room was spotless and spacious, with a clean floor, unstained sheets, comfortable beds, a nice bathroom, and clean shower. The little kitchen was handy too. Breakfast had lots of delicious choices, especially the oatmeal, which was cooked just right and came with toppings. I also loved seeing an automatic coffee machine in the lobby for the first time. The staff were especially kind, including Eddy, Amy, Israa And Yousef. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and the only one I’ll keep coming back to when I’m vacationing in Michigan. 10/10, would recommend it 100%.
