The room was clean and I had no issues. It’s a good spot to relax and get some sleep. It’s not a five-star hotel, but the people here are friendly. The man at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, exactly the sort of service you want.
2/10
Having to get the key reactivated every time I left the room got old fast, especially in the cold. Even after the clerk reset it, my key still wouldn’t work. It’s a basic motel, and I’d avoid staying here.
8/10
Check-in was easy, and my room was quiet and clean. I felt safe and thought it was a great value. There are definitely people and dogs living here full time.
2/10
The place was disgusting. The comforter looked like it had been used to film an entire series of adult movies, and there were bedbugs. Absolutely revolting.

My two-night work booking at this place on Grand River in Farmington turned into a nightmare. The room they gave me was next to a party room with prostitution and drugs going on. I asked to move, and they charged me another $20 for a different room. I’ll never stay there again. Don’t book here.
