The staff did their best to accommodate us, but the rooms were far from acceptable. When we arrived, there were six police officers in the lobby, which made me think it was going to be a bad experience. Our first room reeked of cigarettes. They moved us to another room with two double beds, where the smell was still there, though not as bad. Nasty.

There’s no elevator, only stairs, so it isn’t very accessible for people with disabilities. The bathtub was gross, and the TV didn’t work. I called the front desk several times and waited all night, but nobody came to fix it. I’m not happy with my stay at all. I usually try to support businesses and don’t give zero or one stars, but if I could give zero here, I would.

The room was gross and a huge disappointment. The bedding looked like it had never been washed, and it seemed the bathroom had never been cleaned either. Breakfast was disappointing too. Please don’t stay here.

I chose this hotel because of the positive reviews, polished photos, and advertised “non-smoking” policy. What I found in the rooms was a very different story. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke and had a broken door lock. The second didn’t smell of smoke, but had an overwhelming cheap perfume odor and another broken lock. The third finally had a working lock, but its in-room phone was dead and unplugged. When I pulled the nightstand away to plug it in, the area behind it was filthy. I was reassigned three times, and each room had issues with locks, maintenance, or cleanliness. The staff did move me each time, but these problems felt systemic rather than isolated. I’m posting pictures to show the real condition of the rooms, which look nothing like the polished professional advertising photos. In my opinion, the photos are highly misleading. I skipped the included breakfast because the dirty rooms made me question the food’s hygiene and safety. It was a deeply disappointing stay. I won’t return and can’t recommend this hotel until there are major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and honesty in advertising.
