Boyd Harvey Main House And Carriage House 4 Bedroom Home by RedAwning

It felt like a home away from home, and Boyd Harvey House was a perfect getaway for our whole family. The owner was great about communicating. She even sent a link for nearby Kroger pickup, and our groceries arrived just as we pulled into the driveway. Perfect in every way.

The carriage house beside the main house was where we stayed, and the price felt a little high. The old house has been renovated nicely and gives a sense of local history. It's a lovely place for relaxing, gatherings, and events. A local wedding photographer came by while we were there, so it seems to be a popular wedding venue.

Anne made the planning process so easy. She's organized, detail oriented, and replies almost immediately. BHH worked beautifully for our rehearsal dinner, and the bridal party stayed there and got ready the next day. There are so many rooms that almost everyone in the party fit comfortably, with plenty of space for hair and makeup on the wedding morning. It's close to the west Knoxville venues, and much nicer for getting ready than a hotel. After our Saturday wedding, my husband and I returned to find chocolates and champagne waiting for us. Anne really goes above and beyond. BHH is romantic and convenient, and a great place to gather before or after a wedding or hold a rehearsal dinner. I can't say enough good things about the experience.

I photographed an elopement here and absolutely loved this charming little Knoxville venue. It really does not disappoint. I'd highly recommend it for small weddings.
