Wanda, who takes care of the continental breakfast, is the reason I wanted to write this. She checks on diners more than once, makes sure they’ve found what they need, and offers to get anything else. Her kindness and dedication deserve to be recognized for what she brings to the hotel and its guests. We’ve stayed here twice in the last few weeks. It’s a typical older Holiday Inn Express, with rooms that are okay but a bit dated. The pool is larger and cleaner than the average IHG pool, and the lobby is very clean. Front desk service varies depending on who’s working.

Cleveland at reception really made our stay. He did his best to find us a ground floor room, and when my key wouldn’t open the laundry area, he was already bringing another keycard as I got to the elevator to ask for help. He went out of his way, and he’s a real asset and a great example of hospitality. Of the few Holiday Inn Express locations we’ve stayed at over the past weeks, this one was by far the best. It lives up to the brand’s promise of cleanliness and hospitality, and I’d highly recommend it.

The breakfast was great, and everyone on staff we came across was such a nice person. The whole place felt welcoming. It was super clean, with every area looking either brand new or spotless. Really happy with our stay and wish they were all like this one.

We had a fabulous stay with a group of 120 kids and around 15 chaperones. All the rooms and keys were ready, and they had parking available for all five coaches and their drivers. My king room was incredibly clean, and when I arrived I was offered anything I needed. A++ I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

In October of 2025, my daughter and I pulled off the highway after an accident. She was struggling with her laptop and had an essay due, with very little time left. It was late and everything was closed, but Josh Heidel quickly got us set up and printed the 12 pages she needed. He was helpful, polite, and fast. He didn’t have to do that, and printing wasn’t his job, but he stepped in anyway. Josh, you eased our nerves by helping so quickly, and we’re forever grateful. Thank you!
