The breakfast looked good, with little bagel-to-go bags, which was a nice touch. Everything else seemed in order, and we'd had good experiences with Hilton properties just a few weeks earlier in another state. But the night front desk lady, maybe katie/jamie, had the wrong attitude. Rather than helping a Hilton Honors member switch from two queens to a king for an older couple, she tried to charge us an extra $20 at 8 pm. That was a chance to look after a guest and build loyalty, and it was wasted. We'll look at other brands next time if that's how the Hilton conducts business. Jumping over dollars to pick up dimes. The hot tub and pool were kind of gross, over-chlorinated, and the hot tub keys barely worked. It's a shame, since we've had good Hilton stays. One bad apple can spoil the bunch.

I almost never write hotel reviews because most places are just "fine," but this one deserves a mention. Our room was very clean and may have been newly renovated. The staff were wonderful, especially Danny, the gentleman who checked us in. He was welcoming, kind, and helpful. It makes a stay so much better when the staff make you feel welcome instead of like you're bothering them. The person handling reservations and even the breakfast person were eager to help, too. Cleanliness and great customer service!

The people working here were really nice, and the hotel was fairly clean overall. There's a great choice of restaurants and fast food nearby. If you just need a decent place to spend the night, I'd recommend it.

We stayed four days and picked up after ourselves, so we didn't have room service. Breakfast was good, but the front desk staff and breakfast servers were amazing. They made us feel like we mattered and treated us like we were important. I just booked a night for my grandson, his spouse, and their children. I'm 2,500 miles away and couldn't make it to the birthday party, so the stay was a present for my great-grandchildren. Thanks to the front desk, and I think the gentleman who helped me by phone was named Don or Dan. Their hospitality is what makes the place feel like home!

We stayed overnight on a road trip. The room was clean, the water pressure was great, and the beds were comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it.
