TownePlace Suites Jacksonville Airport

I was in town for business near the airport, and this place suited me well. It's a newer facility with the basics covered and a pretty good room layout. There's a well-placed taphouse across the street. The major road nearby makes it a little noisy, but it wasn't bad.

Nicole and Jaden made changing rooms easy. They were kind at the front desk, checked back with us, and made sure we were comfortable after the move. We were staying at the brand-new, beautiful TownePlace Suites while waiting to close on our house, and the manager offered us a lower rate for the extended stay. My family especially enjoyed the daily breakfast waffles, and I made good use of the gym and pool. We had a good experience and would stay again.

We booked just two days away and ended up having a great stay. The room was cleaner, cozier, and more up to date than we expected. We didn't need to use everything in it, but it had what we personally needed. I'd be glad to come back.

The shower pressure and water flow were finally what they should be. As of January 2026, this seems to be a fairly new property, and we didn't find any real shortcomings. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen equipment is nice, and there's a drinking water dispenser on every floor. Really good stay. My only small gripe is the Tesla charging price. At 55 cents, it's a lot more than the nearby supercharger's 31 cents, so I won't use it at that rate. Still, I'm glad they have chargers, and that doesn't change my rating.
