Hampton Inn Fayetteville

We had a big group arriving on different days and at different times, but check-in was quick and easy despite some computer trouble. The reception area gave us a nice place to gather and have fun. Our room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows, just how we like them. Breakfast was included and gave us what we needed to get the day started. We'd stay here again if we're in the area.

We come back every October for the week of the Jack Daniels barbecue in Lynchburg, and the staff are amazing every time. Aaron and his team really stand out. Everyone was welcoming and smiling, from the maintenance guy and the food staff to the front desk. The rooms are clean, and the service is wonderful. I'd absolutely give this hotel five stars and look forward to returning next year. Thank you, Aaron and your team, for all you do for us. Lynda Ares

The front desk staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. When I asked for extra towels, they were at my door within 10 minutes. Breakfast was hot and very good, with eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, and more. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I have no complaints about the facility or staff. The check-in process, though, was difficult. We tried calling a month ahead but couldn't check in online or by phone because the system was down. A week before our stay, we managed to get a room, but the system was still down. Management needs to fix this. It's hard to believe the problem hasn't affected how many people are checking in. I'd recommend this hotel, but management needs to do better.

I’ve been a loyal Hilton Honors member for 15 years, so I hate having to book with another hotel brand. But several times, the Hilton Honors app has shown no availability when I tried to reserve a room at this Hampton. When I call, I’m told the hotel’s reservation system is down. Yesterday, I was told it had been down for 74 days, and rooms can only be reserved a week before the desired date. This needs to be addressed and fixed. Does the owner even care?
