We added another night and referred a friend who got a room too, mainly because of the team at the Sycamore location. Every interaction made this my first choice for lodging when I come to Fayetteville. I’ve felt lately that customer service is slowly fading, so it was nice to be welcomed as soon as we walked in. Billy, who I was told is fairly new, kept trying to help while learning the ins and outs. Paula was kind and patient while we worked out whether to extend our stay another day or two. I also met Evelyn, the General Manager, setting up the breakfast station. It was clear she’s the driving force behind a great team.

Management was attentive and respectful, and seemed committed to keeping things running well and guests happy. The staff made the stay easy and stress-free. Extended Stay America Suites Fort Bragg was a great place to stay, with a clean, spacious room that had everything I needed to be comfortable. I’d absolutely return and recommend it to others.

Mrs. Evelyn is so sweet and professional, and Mrs. Paula is friendly every morning. Mrs. Chanel, Mr Bobby, Mrs Ciara, Mr.Sean, and Mr.TJ are all amazing too. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the rooms were clean, and everything was great 🤗 Definitely recommend staying here!!!

The bathroom smelled bad, the tub was dirty, and the water wouldn’t drain. It took 25 minutes for the water to get hot, too. The guy at the desk was bad. When I arrived, I took pictures before examining the room. The last bathroom photos show the dirt filling the tub as I was getting ready to bathe, with the water sitting there and not draining.

The next morning, the advertised breakfast turned out to be only a coffee bar, with no food at all. Very disappointing. The lobby was already off-putting because I saw a roach crawling down the wall when we arrived. At first our room seemed okay, but pulling out the sofa bed revealed a stained mattress with no cover or sheets. The recliner had mold and stains. The fridge didn’t keep things cold, and the microwave took forever to heat food. I asked to switch rooms, but after looking at another one I decided to stay put. It was a step backward, with ripped carpets from pets, chewed Sheetrock, and more. Definitely overrated!
