Four Points by Sheraton Fayetteville Fort Bragg

I’ve spent 80 nights at this property over the past 6-7 months for work, and the customer service has been exemplary every time. I average 190+ nights a year and stay at a lot of Marriott properties, but this team does a better job than most. Karla, Kay & Kim at the front desk take care of whatever I need, recognize my status, and try to upgrade me. Ms Emma in the bar greets me after work and asks about my day. In the morning, Joi and Jo’an remember my order and bring it over before I ask. They have a great team here, and I definitely recommend staying here when you’re in Fayetteville NC.

I was sorry to leave, lol. The guest service was excellent, and I think Kim checked me in. She was very nice and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and had just the right amenities for my stay. I especially loved the shower, it was so good I didn’t want to get out. I slept great in one of the two queen beds, which had a soft, cozy mattress and pillows. I paid for the breakfast buffet and highly recommend it. Everything was fresh and delicious, there were plenty of options, and they made me a fresh omelette that was amazing. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

Getting to the base was an easy drive, and the airport wasn’t far away. I had an excellent stay and found this a great place to come back to and recharge. Kim and Karla deserve special thanks for their help with booking and check-in and check-out. They made me feel welcome and valued. I’ll stay here again when I return.

I came from Western North Carolina for a company dinner event, and the location worked out great. Valentina checked me in. She was sweet, on point, and very accommodating. The room upstairs was well done, modern, and very clean. I didn’t eat at the restaurant or use the bar, but both areas looked well stocked and very clean. Even though the hotel is somewhat close to a main road, it was quiet inside and I didn’t hear the traffic. I’d recommend it for a stay in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
