We spent two nights here, and the location worked well, near a mall, places to eat, and the expressway. Our first-floor room was decent, and the desk staff were cordial and helpful. There's a public computer in the lobby, and both the front doors and outside exits lock. The pool area is small, clean, and private. Breakfast covered the basics, with fresh coffee, fruit, two kinds of yogurt, and pastries. They didn't have waffles during our visit, but offered pancakes instead. I did find a piece of gum on the nightstand from the previous guest and had to carefully remove it. Yuck.

Ms Cheryl, the manager, helped make our stay a good one. The rooms were tidy and clean, and we enjoyed a reception before dinner where we got to meet and network with other guests. The overall experience was positive.

It was so helpful that they opened a conference room for the hockey kids to play mini sticks during tournament weekend. The kids could burn off some energy and meet players from other teams. Such a cool gesture, and I'm grateful the hotel worked with the situation instead of against it.

We arrived really late and were still welcomed at the door. The place felt safe and was super clean, the staff were amazing, and the rooms were very nice. Best surprise: the window opened for fresh air! Had a great stay and will be back in November.

The city around the hotel is on the small side, with not a lot to do, but I had a pleasant stay. My room was neat and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the little kitchenette was cute. Service was great, and there were plenty of breakfast choices.
