Holiday Inn Express Fayetteville – Fort Bragg by IHG

We made a last-minute booking and spent four nights here. The staff were helpful and accommodating throughout, and the hotel was comfortable and very clean. There were lots of breakfast choices every day, which we appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

What stayed with me was how the team handled an unexpected problem around midnight. Within minutes, the owners, managers, and other staff had come to help. They sorted it out and made sure I was accommodated, then kept checking in over the following days. That kind of follow-through says a lot. Everyone seemed to take real responsibility for their work, and they were warm and welcoming throughout. I’m very grateful I stayed here, even if “Express” wasn’t quite the fit I needed for a longer stay. You don’t see that level of care often, and I really appreciated it. 🙌

After an 8.5-hour drive on my own, I was ready to crash, and the quiet room made that easy. It was spacious and clean, and I felt safe. I even did my usual bed bug check. The shower worked well, though a little more pressure would’ve been nice. I stayed here recently on 12/11/25 while driving from Jersey to Florida. The staff were polite, accommodating, and wonderful. I work in the cannabis industry as a budtender, so my clothes and hair may have smelled like cannabis while I was traveling for business and using my rewards points. I’m a medical user and chose edibles to respect the rules. We didn’t smoke or vape on the property, or even have a joint outside, but I was still charged $100 for a “heavy cannabis smell.” Cannabis users, be careful about staying here. It felt like I was charged because I look like a cannabis user, with my tie-dyed hippie clothes, even though we didn’t consume anything.
