The property could use renovations, and I did have some problems during my stay. Jessica, the GSM, reached out to me herself and addressed each concern. She was professional, sincere, and genuinely caring. Her customer service deserves applause. After we spoke, I raised my original rating to reflect how well the hotel staff treated me.

We arrived to a horrible smell in the room. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed, and there was debris and trash everywhere. The sink and tub also had unpleasant stains.

I spent over a month here for work, and the staff were amazing. They helped my family feel right at home. We appreciate everything they did, and I’d highly recommend staying here.

The location made this a great stay. Wills Grill, a delicious family-run burger place, is about a two-minute walk away. Walmart, Walgreens, Waffle House, and plenty of other food options are walkable too, including Red Lobster, Jaggers, and Outback. The Fort Bragg visitor center is an eight-minute drive. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and very nice, with plenty of closet and drawer space. I especially loved the full-size fridge. There was room for everything, including freezer items without crushing them. The bathroom was nice too, with just a little rust staining by the handrail, nothing I’d complain about.
