The room was outdated and dirty, and the air conditioning system was badly out of date and unclean. I killed spiders and roaches while I was there. I also don't trust how the deposits are handled: mine was $50, and when I extended by a day or two, I was charged another deposit. I was charged for a service dog too. A woman said she'd refund my deposit, but despite countless calls, I never got it back. It feels like this place is milking local workers. Wyndham should be ashamed to support it. You're better off paying more for a better hotel with a cheaper deposit.
2/10
The room smelled of cigarettes, and the bedding did too. The blankets had holes in them, and I was itchy for the whole stay. Floors, sink, tub, and counters were all dirty, as if the room hadn't been cleaned in a while. The AC filter was clogged, and the faucet was broken with water running constantly. We switched to another room, but they all seemed the same. They didn't want to refund our money, and I can't recommend staying here.
2/10
The beds were hard as rocks, and I had to track down a housekeeper just to borrow a broom because the floor was filthy. I don't know when it had last been cleaned. I borrowed cleaning supplies from a relative I was visiting and left the room much cleaner than I found it, but they still kept my deposit.
2/10
Even though I'd already paid for a $60 room, they still required a $50 deposit. The rooms were dirty and all of them smelled like cigarettes. Disgusting. Never again, avoid this place.
2/10
The room and bathroom were filthy, and the bathroom smelled awful. When I switched on the air vent, it made a strange noise. The paint was peeling off the walls, and the place smelled of cigarettes. I would not recommend it.
