Quality Inn & Suites Federal Way - Seattle

The front desk staff are top notch and extremely friendly, and the room’s jacuzzi has the best jets I’ve had at a hotel. The water gets nice and hot, too. It’s a great place to get away. At night, you can hear frogs croaking in the background, which is so peaceful. Even though it’s not far from the freeway, it’s honestly a gem.

We picked this place for a night because it had an indoor pool. The pool was clean and had just been redone. The woman who checked us in was great, making sure we were all set, and a real gem. I wish I’d caught her name. The shower had awesome water pressure. My only issue was that the mattress felt a bit too firm, though there were several pillows to help.

Kimberly is a fantastic clerk and host. She’s personable, professional, and knows her job inside out. After staying here over the past year, we’ve gotten to know each other during her shifts, and now she welcomes me by name. Ten stars for her. But I was very, very disappointed on my last stay when the kitchen staff said there’d be no breakfast proteins during the week, per corporate. That and the hotel’s proximity to my job sites are the two main reasons I stay here. I may look for somewhere else that will give working people a good breakfast, not just the weekend crowd.

The parking lot is well lit, and I felt my vehicle was secure without having to keep checking on it. Staff were amazing, the rooms very clean, and the location was great. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Everything worked, and I was very satisfied. I stayed one night, then booked again for the rest of my trip. QUALITY INN & SUITES (Federal Way) gets my vote of approval. Don't spend your money elsewhere.
