Best Western Plus Fenton

Since the renovation, the place is really, really clean. The beds are super comfortable, and it was handy having a fridge in the room. My kids loved the indoor pool and the soft serve machine. The team was so friendly that we’ll definitely use this brand again for family trips.

We picked this hotel just because of its spot on the map, and ended up glad we did. The renovation is thoughtful, with updated furniture and floors, not just a fresh coat of paint. The rooms were clean, and with the pool and other extras, the value is hard to beat. Breakfast was better than average, with eggs, meat, and waffles. Even with lots of families around the ice cream machine, it stayed clean and fully stocked. The staff were working hard to keep everyone happy. The elevator was a little slow, but that's a minor gripe.

I felt comfortable arriving late on my own. The parking lot was brightly lit, and there were always friendly people at the lobby desk. I also used the business center to print papers, and the equipment actually worked. While I waited, I got a latte from the espresso machine. My room was spotless, especially the bathroom. I'm fussy about bathrooms, and couldn't find any mold or dust. The hard floors added to the clean feel. This location has won me over. It feels like the staff really care about guests, and I'd recommend it.

We stayed on Dec 23rd. The hotel was quiet, and both our room and the public areas were immaculately clean. The service was friendly and efficient, breakfast was great, and the value was really, really good.
