The breakfast was a real highlight, with eggs, sausage or ham, fruit, baked goods, oatmeal, yogurt, and more. They also had fresh coffee available around the clock, lemon water in the comfortable lobby, and cookies each afternoon. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nice, and the staff were friendly. We were in Fernley, NV for a funeral and weren't looking forward to the stay, so this was a pleasant surprise. The location was easy and convenient. I'm picky about hotels, and I'd recommend this one.

The bathroom needs attention: the tub stopper was broken, the tub wouldn't drain, and there was mold on the ceiling. The room itself was okay, though the carpet had little cushioning and the floor felt hard. It was in a perfect location for us, and while it could use some care, I'd stay again.

Beth has made a difficult time much easier for my family. We've stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Fernley, NV several times over the past couple of months while visiting our terminally ill father, and she's always gone out of her way to make things comfortable and less stressful. She's professional, hardworking, and genuinely compassionate. The kindness and support she's shown us have meant a lot, probably more than she knows. People like Beth are why we keep choosing this hotel, and Comfort Inn & Suites is lucky to have her.

I wanted to set the record straight after an automatic email said I'd left an unsatisfactory review. My stay was great, the team was welcoming, and I especially appreciated the people who got breakfast ready early. Thanks for a lovely stay. I'd definitely recommend this place.

The room was clean and comfortable, and after a long day, it was a welcome place to stop. It did feel a little expensive for a three-star hotel, but I was too tired to worry much about that.
