Comfort Suites Bloomsburg

The rooms feel modern but still cozy, and the beds are comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful, too. We love the family-friendly feel and the really tasty breakfast. There are lots of good restaurants and places to shop nearby, so we enjoy staying here.

We stayed for three nights and didn't run into a single issue. It was nice to have breakfast ready each morning, and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel and our room were clean and neat, with updated, comfortable furniture in both the lobby and the rooms. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by, and Bloomsburg is about a five-minute drive away. We'd definitely come back next time we're in the area.

The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and our room was very clean. Staff greeted us warmly and were friendly throughout the stay. Breakfast was good, too, a nice way to start the day. We had a pleasant visit and would definitely recommend the hotel.

We stayed one night over Thanksgiving break, with rooms for our family of six. After checkout, the manager contacted us and accused us of taking three pillows. The hotel charged us $63 even though we repeatedly said we hadn't taken anything. It was offensive and humiliating, and nobody apologized or admitted they might be mistaken. The manager and staff came across as accusatory, dismissive, and insulting. What made it worse was the lack of evidence or verification before they blamed us. Management didn't seem to check housekeeping procedures, inventory records, or the possibility of an internal mistake first. Accusing guests of theft is serious, and handling it this way showed poor judgment and a lack of respect. Any positives from our stay were completely overshadowed. We left feeling harassed and stressed over something we didn't do. We won't return, and we'll actively discourage others from staying there. If internal errors are handled by blaming guests, I can't trust or recommend this hotel. Until management practices, staff training, and accountability procedures are overhauled, it doesn't deserve the public's trust or business.
