The rooms are amazing, and the service is top notch. Extended Stay America is fantastic. It's in a perfect spot for restaurants and other activities, and I'd choose it over anything else.

Machelle in housekeeping keeps the rooms clean and smelling good. She's always smiling and saying good morning, friend. And if you need someone who seems to know what you need before you do, Carmen works at lightning speed. Keeta has a warm, inviting way about her that makes things feel calm and comfortable. Angel has taken over as team lead and is doing a great job. Ask and she'll help with anything she can. When I told her the bathroom fan wasn't working, she arranged to have it replaced the following week. That's quick repair service. Krystal at the front desk was bubbly and made sure everything was taken care of. The staff are the friendliest I've met, and my stay has been great. It's within walking distance of different restaurants and easy to get to the highway. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

The staff are the main reason I'd stay here. They're kind, polite, and efficient, and I respect how they do their best to handle the hotel's issues. Every hotel has problems. My first room wasn't the greatest, but the second one they moved me to was pretty decent. I still don't really understand the security deposit amount, but I know sometimes you have to do what you have to do. I don't think the staff get nearly enough appreciation for what they do each day.

The receptionist was kind and gave me a full refund, which I appreciate. But the room was extremely dirty, there were bed bugs, and the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. I couldn't last more than five minutes there. This was one of the most disgusting places I've stayed, and the experience horrified me. Don't be fooled by the good reviews, they don't reflect the reality of this hotel. I'd never stay here again under any circumstances.
