Our group of around 80 was checked in within about 20 minutes. They were ready for us and had a great system in place. The room was comfortable and clean, and the whole staff greeted us warmly and seemed glad to have us there. Outstanding service. I'd definitely come back. Thanks to the amazing team at the Pensacola Holiday Inn Express & Suites!

Loren was so sweet and helpful, always kind to us. The rooms were clean, and the hotel smelled amazing as soon as we walked in.

We usually choose Holiday Inn, but this stay was a letdown. Our room had a strong musty smell when we arrived. Running the air conditioning seemed to help after a day or so. We also needed to do laundry one evening and couldn't get quarters from the front desk. We tried nearby places without luck, then went to the laundromat early the next morning. They would only give us quarters if we used their machines, so doing laundry cost us much more than it would have at the hotel. Why have washers and dryers if guests can't get quarters to use them?

The breakfast bar was very good, and the room had a fridge plus a Kureg coffee setup. The bathroom's big shower was a favorite. The room itself was large, clean, and neat, and we slept well in the beds.

We had a great stay and got good value. For our large group, check-in was smooth and well organized, with pleasant, professional staff. The rooms were clean and quite modern.
