Inn Of Long Beach

The room was spacious and spotless, with a private balcony and a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the spa style bathroom and rainfall shower. We also enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, the spa massage, the fine dining restaurant, and the clean, well equipped gym. From check in, the staff made us feel welcome and looked after. They took our bags, offered a refreshing drink, remembered our names, and added thoughtful personal touches throughout our stay. Every part of the hotel felt elegant and comfortable. We left relaxed and inspired, already thinking about coming back. It felt like a destination in itself, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a luxurious escape with attentive service and great amenities.

A woman was banging on my door at 9:37 in the morning to ask if I was staying longer or checking out, even though checkout isn't until 11. She said there was a sign at the front office telling them to check. What is that about?

I paid for three nights and got a refund for two, which was the best part. The beds were uncomfortable and made me itchy, and the showers were useless, only lukewarm instead of hot. The hotel needs a full renovation. I won't stay there again.

The employees were really nice, but the rooms were awful. There was black mold everywhere, and we got very sick. We also had bites all over and think they may have been from bed bugs. There were dried boogers on the walls and cigarette burns on the blankets. We left around 3 or 4 in the morning because we felt so sick and had so many bites.
