My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When I arrived earlier to get a room for the night, the owners or staff, I’m not sure, and their friends or maybe guests were having a barbecue and gave me a plate of really good Indian seasoned chicken. Everyone was friendly and gave me some good old southern hospitality. It was cool seeing Indians, Mexicans, and me, a white man, hanging out and having a good time. The energy was 🔥! I don’t know if they’re part of the Patel family, since I didn’t ask who they were. Years ago I worked for Mike Patel back home in Omaha Nebraska at hotels and a gas station he owned. Mild Patel and his family were great people and treated me and the other workers well. If these people are part of the Patel family, they’re the good Patel's too. Bottom line, kind people and a nice hotel!

You get the essentials here: a fridge, microwave, big TV, working A/C, clean towels, and washers and dryers for just $2. The place is well maintained, with fresh ice and a clear sense of pride in the property. Rooms are spotless, clean, and fresh, with absolutely no cockroaches, which is rare in this area. The landlord keeps a tight but fair ship, so it feels safe and quiet. A real oasis on Pacific Coast Highway and easily one of the best motels in Long Beach. Safe, clean, and consistent. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s become my go-to place whenever I need to stay in Long Beach. I’ve been coming to the Cabana Inn and Suites for quite a while, and the rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and well kept. The staff remember me, ask how I’ve been, and make me feel welcome instead of like just another guest. The location is convenient, close to everything but away from the busiest streets, and parking has never been a problem. The property feels fresh and updated, so each visit is consistent. It’s not a flashy resort, which is exactly what I like. It’s reliable and comfortable, and feels like a second home when I’m in town. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, friendly place in Long Beach.

The rooms are reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable, with free parking on site. It felt very safe. A good option for a quick or inexpensive stay, and a convenient place near the cruise port to rent a parking space. Friendly staff, too.

The rooms were nice and the location was convenient. We paid a small fee to leave our car here while we were on a cruise, and it was safe and sound when we got back.
