Elizabeth and her crew at breakfast were welcoming and on point, and check-in was easy thanks to the friendly staff. The free breakfast is worth mentioning. The rooms are comfortable and decent, though they're in several buildings instead of one main tower, so keep that in mind. There's plenty of parking, coffee shops, and casual places to eat nearby. Nothing fancy, but practical. It's a good value if you don't mind a short ride to the main attractions: about 20 minutes by Uber to the pier area and five minutes to the airport.

I spent a few days with my niece while she and her husband were staying here for his work. The room felt like a small studio apartment, with a living and bedroom combo and a TV on a swiveling stand. There was a little peninsula with two barstools, and the place was well furnished and convenient. Great location, plenty of parking close to the rooms, and the grounds were well kept.

Jessie at the Front Desk made our stay. When he saw me and three of my sisters checking in, he upgraded us so we'd have more space. We were in town for Thanksgiving, and that made our holiday week. The rooms are spacious and amazing. I work for Hilton and Marriott, and front desks often don't go above and beyond when I'm on a team member rate. Everyone at the desk was great. I love it here and will be back soon.

During my stay from 1/4/26-3/23/26, housekeeping was supposed to come on alternate days. Several times I had to call or go to the desk for face towels because I hadn't been given the right amount, or the towels had brown particles on them. They also showed up for a random linen inspection on an off day without telling me, and handled my belongings carelessly. The front desk seems to brush off my complaints, since towels are still dirty or not fully restocked.

Just a really inconsistent stay. The cleaning lady keeps forgetting hygiene and shower supplies. Don't count on breakfast if you get up after 8, since they close at 9 even though the hours say 6:30-10:00am. And the pools and hot tub are dirty. Overall, a whack stay.
