The house was cozy and cute, and Long Beach was a delight. Susie and Bill welcomed us so warmly, and breakfast the next morning was a delicious home cooked meal. The company and conversation at breakfast were every bit as enjoyable as the food. They also arranged a chef's table for us at The Depot Restaurant, where we had an incredible dinner. We were there for one night on a Pacific Northwest trip from Seattle from Portland, and it was our favorite stop. If we make it back to Long Beach, we’ll stay here again. Can not recommend it enough!!

The Dunes Suite was a little stuffy, but opening a window sorted that out. It was clean and cozy, and the Valentine’s decorations were a nice touch. Susie and Bill are naturals at hosting and think of so many details. Breakfast is the highlight, as other reviews say: plenty of food, all delicious, and some of the best meals we had on our weekend getaway. I’d highly recommend staying here for a romantic weekend exploring Long Beach and the surrounding area. Thanks again for the warm hospitality, Susie and Bill!

Susie’s tip led us to The Depot for the best dinner of our nine day vacation. You have to try the clam chowder, made one bowl at a time. The grounds and building were beautifully decorated and cared for, and the breakfast setting was the prettiest I’ve seen. The food was fantastic, too. A wonderful B&B experience thanks to Susie and Bill, the owner / operators.

The food was the best part of our stay. I’m GF, and Susie made me a wonderful muffin so I felt included while my husband and the other guest had scones and sweet breads. We started breakfast with fresh berry soup, smashed potatoes, and a frittata. It was so good it carried us well past lunch and on to dinner. Our room was lovely, with a perfect view from the window, and we slept well with the sea breeze coming in and the ocean smell. The location is great, right by the beach, with a walking trail through the dunes to the water. I stayed at Boreas on business, but we’ll come back for pleasure when we can stay more than one night. Truly the best Bed and Breakfast in Washington!

For our anniversary, my wife and I went charter fishing, biked, ate out, walked the Discovery trail, and spent time relaxing at the Boreas Inn. The trail is accessible from the property. It’s also within walking distance of downtown Long Beach and some great places to eat. Suzie and Bill made the stay special, and she got us a "Chef's Table" at The Depot in Seaview, where we chatted with the owner, Mike, while he cooked. We’ve tried lots of B&Bs, and they serve the best breakfasts we’ve ever had. Definitely THE place to stay on the Long Beach Peninsula.
