Bristol Motel

We ended up leaving after getting our money back. First, I was in one room and got bitten several times, then they moved my daughter and me to another room where the heater didn’t work and it looked completely nasty. There was a small bed bug in that room too. The rooms are supposed to be no-smoking, but it reeked of cigarettes, even after I cleaned and sanitized it. My daughter has asthma. The man next to us started coughing, and we realized he was smoking. When I called the office, he basically said to deal with it because I’d chosen the corner room by the stairs. He agreed the rooms were no-smoking but only offered to move us again. The Indian lady at check-in was okay, but took forever to come to the window. The rest was awful, and this is the second worst motel I’ve stayed in. The online pictures look nothing like the motel. Pillowcases had hair and black stuff on them, desks were dirty, paint was peeling, and the air conditioner looked like it had never been cleaned. The room wasn’t clean either. The refrigerator was falling apart, the table chair seats and office chair were filthy, the office chair wouldn’t roll, and there were spider webs. Never again. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The room was filthy and disgusting, with a microwave painted inside to hide rust and damage. There were bed bugs and roaches, and maggots in the trash dumpster. The Indian lady with the white van was rude and spoke to me with a bad attitude, like I was begging for a room. I found reviews from 4years ago describing the same things. Do yourself a favor and pay more for a better room, or you’ll regret it. The health department needs to shut this place down.

There were bedbugs, and the bed only had 2 sheets. The shower head was off and lying on the sink. This isn’t a place to crash when you’re sleepy. I wish I’d taken pictures, but my husband wanted to leave right away.

Bad service, bad rooms, bad location. The parking lot is so small that bigger cars have trouble backing in and out. The front desk lady was rude and didn’t tell us in advance about paying for parking, though she could’ve told us 2 months ago. There was also the attitude toward teenagers, as if all teens are bad. I heard people say the bedrooms have bed bugs and roaches, and it’s true.
