Holiday Inn Pensacola - University Area by IHG

I've been at the Holiday Inn in the University area of Pensacola, Florida, for two weeks with my wife on a business trip. I've stayed in plenty of hotels through my overseas professional basketball days, and at 62 I know what good service feels like. This place gave us exactly that, and I'd recommend it and come back. The food at the buffet was good too, and thanks to LOURDES, PARTH, the buffet and cleaning teams, and everyone who helped make the stay so pleasant. You really impressed me. PEACE! Shania also made a big difference. I asked for batteries for my remote, and she called maintenance to get two AAA batteries. When I left my phone at the front desk while running an errand, she held onto it for me. Knowing people are responsible, accountable, and honest made the experience much more enjoyable. I don't know what I would've done if I'd lost that phone, laugh out loud. Thanks, SHANIA!

Lources' kindness and attentive, professional service made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. She was always checking that things were taken care of, with a smile, and she's a real asset to the hotel. Holiday Inn Pensacola Beach itself was clean and well maintained, right on the beach with beautiful views and good amenities. My stay was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend it for comfort, service, and a relaxing beachfront visit, and I'll definitely return.

Eve, the bartender in the kitchen area, really stood out for her professionalism, friendly attitude, and eye for detail. The drinks were excellent, and her upbeat service made the experience more enjoyable. The kitchen team deserves credit too: their teamwork and effort showed in every delicious, carefully prepared meal. The hotel felt welcoming and well cared for, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff made the stay memorable. I'd recommend it for good food, service, and a friendly atmosphere.

Madeline was serving a lot of customers, but stayed professional and did what she could to make sure people had a good experience. She gave great customer service and made me one of the best Bloody Marys I've ever had. The room was clean and nice, and the staff were professional.
