We were only trying to get the washer started when the owner apparently suspected us of something, though I still don't really know why. He rushed over, grabbed my boyfriend and tried to keep him in the laundry room. As I tried to pull him away, the maid came up behind me, punched me, and shoved me over a parked bicycle. During the scuffle, my boyfriend's phone fell and they took it, then acted like they didn't have it. We were assaulted by the owner and maid. This is not a peaceful place where you can mind your own business. Stay away.

The TV didn't work, but the bed was comfortable, so it served its basic purpose. Just an average motel.

There was hot coffee available through the day and into the early evening. The floor plans were spacious and clean, and management was down to earth, approachable, and helpful.

The front desk staff are really cool, and they're fixing the place up. It used to have bed bugs, but they dealt with that problem. It's way better than it used to be, and still my first choice in fife.

The rooms are a lot cleaner now than they used to be, and the place has improved. The owners and housekeeping staff are genuinely humane. Once, I was short on money for my last night, and they let me stay and pay the next morning. These days, people don't always care about others, so I appreciated that. It's also one of the few hotels around here that lets you stay without a credit card, which is a plus. I've seen an earlier review that I think came from people trying to avoid paying for their stay, basically scams. Thanks God things here have changed for the better.
