The Jacquard, Autograph Collection

Our Wed Society Book of Weddings event at the Jacquard went beautifully, thanks to the hotel and the team that supports events. It’s a stunning venue, with large event spaces, stylish rooms, and an unbeatable rooftop bar and pool overlooking the Front Range. The location is great, too. I’d highly recommend hosting a wedding weekend here if you’re after a glamorous experience.

The rooms were comfortable and the location was convenient, despite all the construction happening around the hotel. The beds were really cozy, and the bar area looked stylish with decent drinks. But the service and price made this a three-star stay. The front desk staff didn’t welcome us or thank us, and it felt like most of the attention was going to Valentine’s Day guests, leaving us overlooked. The bar staff weren’t especially friendly either, as other reviews have mentioned. At 4 a.m., the desk staff member seemed bothered when helping us get our bags from storage, even though the hotel was quiet. With parking and extra fees, it felt expensive for the level of service.

Our room had a gorgeous pool and hot tub, plus an amazing city view, though it faced a few people’s apartments. The food was beyond amazing, and the staff were really nice. They give you a credit for meals and drinks, and if you like Cherry creek mall, it’s within walking distance. One of the best places I’ve stayed!

The hotel restaurant Narrative is a real plus. The food is good, and the fun atmosphere gives the hotel an edge. The location was wonderful, but the stay itself was just average. Nothing else made the place feel great, especially for the cost. I’d look at other options that might deliver more than an average experience.
