Best Western Fishkill Inn & Suites

We’ve already booked another visit because our stay at BW Fishkill was such a good getaway for me, my daughter, and our dog from NYC. Room 114 was spacious and accessible for my daughter, with everything we needed, and the whole property was immaculate. The staff were very friendly and clearly took care with cleanliness and hospitality. We also liked being close enough to walk to restaurants and Walmart. Thanks for making the trip memorable. We’re looking forward to coming back.

The room was clean and beautiful, and the food was good. Vox made a strong first impression when I arrived, taking our concerns seriously and handling our needs professionally. I travel here for work every week, so this will be my go-to place from now on. Thanks for making us feel valued.

Breakfast had an incredible range, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and really nice, with a stove, fridge, and microwave. Darla and Cedric deserve special thanks for the personal service that made the stay even better.

There were barely any kitchen basics: no dish soap or towels, just one mug, two spoons, one knife, and four forks. We also had no napkins or tissues. The shower dispensers for shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were empty, and the only hand product was a small bottle of moisturizing lotion, with no soap. On top of that, the toilet was cracked and kept running after each flush. This hotel is old, dirty, and rundown. I could go on, but you get the idea.
