Comfort Suites Greenville Airport

Marie and Lisa were wonderful at the front desk, and the cleaners who came during our stay were thorough. The room smelled great after they cleaned it. The gym was clean and well equipped, and the pool was nice, though it didn't look very clean. For the price, I expected a bit more. The room was okay but showed wear, and there were hairs in the tub when we arrived. I also felt a little uneasy about safety overall. The staff were incredible, but better cleanliness and attention to detail would make the stay feel worth what it costs.

Our suite was roomy and comfortable for me, my adult daughter, and my two grandchildren during our three nights here. We made good use of the indoor pool and laundry facilities, and the location was convenient, just off the interstate near restaurants, Walmart, and Target. The staff were friendly throughout. Marie at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, and the managers and maintenance staff were pleasant too. The hotel was clean and clearly cared for. We don't usually choose Choice brand hotels, but this one won us over. Breakfast was decent, and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. I would have liked more dairy-free or gluten-free choices. We had a wonderful stay and would come back.

We were given a parking lot view even though we'd booked a room facing the golf court. The two-night reservation also prompted a call after the first day asking why we hadn't checked out yet. It was a misunderstanding, but it didn't inspire much confidence in the staff's competence. The hotel itself was nice and clean, which is unusual for a Confort in.

We had a great time here, and the evening front desk team had such good energy. I wish I remembered the names of the two agents working on 03/12/2026. Even though our flight was delayed and changed and we arrived later than planned, they remembered the requests on my reservation and were fantastic. Our whirlpool suite #303 was huge, and the tub was so relaxing that I think we used it every day. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Our room wasn't serviced on the day we requested, but it didn't take away from the stay. First time in Greenville, and definitely not my last.
