The shuttle staff were talkative and knew a lot about the area, and the room itself was comfortable. Service here was great. Cleanliness was the letdown: we arrived late and just wanted to sleep, but there were several long black hairs on the shower and sink.

We spent Christmas 2025 here, and the hotel was decorated nicely for the holiday. It felt homey, and the manager was amazing. The staff were consistently professional and courteous. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the whole hotel was well kept. It felt safe inside and in the surrounding area, with restaurants and shops nearby. Thanks for such a lovely holiday stay. I'll definitely return. 😁

The breakfast was excellent, and I'd choose this place again. I just wish I'd realized when booking that the bed was a double. My mistake, but anything smaller than a queen doesn't work well for me and my significant other.

The front desk staff have been helpful before, and I don't dislike them, but I get tired of being asked a string of questions every time I check in. They want to know where I'm coming from and whether the trip is for business or pleasure, and it can feel like an interrogation. Sometimes I just want my room card and to use the restroom. Why does the reason for my stay matter? The rooms are usually clean, and breakfast is usually okay. I also couldn't get the internet working in my room, even when I tried a wired connection with my laptop.
