Niketa made breakfast especially memorable. She was polite, kept the selections in order, made sure people had what they needed, and did it all with a lovely smile. The breakfast itself was beautiful and wonderful. The hotel systems were down when we arrived, but the staff handled the problem without faltering and got us to our room in good time. It was clean and ready, and the whole team was impeccable from beginning to end. Our family bonding weekend went beautifully. Another top rating from me!

We stayed several days while our home was being renovated, and being able to bring our pets was a real plus. Everyone, from housekeeping to the front desk, was great, and the rooms were very clean. The large fridge let me prep meals for the week. The AC could have been a little colder, but otherwise our first visit to Home2 was so good that they've gained a customer for life.

The standout for us was the service. Nikita at breakfast was the friendliest server I've met, genuinely making sure everyone had what they needed. Irena was gracious and kind when I checked out, and Denise, if I have her name right, was friendly and helpful when we arrived. Our one-night visit with our teens was great, and I picked this hotel for the extra space. The room, which the card said had been cleaned by Kandyce, was immaculate. I'm hard to impress on hotel cleanliness, but I felt comfortable with how clean it was. The lobby was clean and comfortable too. The location was good, but the customer service was even better. I'd absolutely recommend it. Thanks for making our short stay so nice!

Coming back to HOME2 Suites Airport, Greenville, SC, felt like returning to my second home. The staff, including Kim, Iraina, and standout professional Seth, made the stay personal with their warm manner and professionalism. I can hardly imagine choosing anywhere else. The whole property was spotless, from the polished lobby to the guest rooms, and that cleanliness brought an immediate sense of comfort. It really has the welcoming feel of home, with the luxury of a hotel. I'm already looking forward to returning.

Our flight delay made us miss our connection to Greenville, so we had to cancel the hotel stay. The hotel wouldn't give us any kind of refund. I understand the 24-hour policy, but our family had already been through a lot that day. The delayed plane wasn't our fault, and we missed our trip too. A little compassion and understanding would have meant something. Based on the poor customer service, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
