Lazy Hours Motel

We didn't stay the night and are now out $65. After checking in, we went to a wedding and came back to find mold on the walls, a shower that didn't work, and dogs howling outside the window. The woman at the desk wouldn't refund us or put management on the phone so we could make a complaint. She hadn't checked our ID or taken any vehicle details, and only accepted cash. The receipt gave almost no motel information. We've called nearly every day for a week and still haven't reached management. We had to call law enforcement to get our key back so we could enter the room and retrieve our belongings. It was the worst motel experience I've had, with rude, unfriendly staff.
